Requests for Proposals to write complete Finish Hardware Specifications, Security Interface, Construction Administration, or Submittal Review should be accompanied by a set of plans.

We will submit a fee proposal for consulting services on the Finish Hardware requirements for the job.  While we usually provide a separate quotation for Security Interface, services included in the base are listed below.

      1.   Assisting in the selection of hardware types, design, finish and Owner’s
            preferences and standards to determine quality and Owner predilection.
      2.   Reviewing door and frame details for hardware application.
      3.   Reviewing openings for label compliance, the local Building Code of the
            Authority Having Jurisdiction, including the Access Barriers Regulations
            and ADA requirements insofar as these apply to door openings.
      4.   Coordinating with other trades for work related to Finish Hardware.
      5.   Finish Hardware Specification and detailed set schedule, based on the first
            set of documents received.
      6.   Revised Hardware Set Schedule from the next set of documents received.
      7.   Checking the first Finish Hardware Submittal for Approval for compliance
            with quality and functions.

1.   Security Interface
2.   Construction Administration
3.   Submittal Review beyond the first Submittal
4.   On-site Punch list
5.   Catalog Cuts
